Sobriety And Beyond moved their Sunday Meeting and added a new Meeting - see the next entry. The Friday Meeting is not affected. Page 24 - Rockaways. Sobriety And Beyond has moved the Sunday Steps (by the Big Book) Meeting and added a new Beginners Meeting. The Step Meeting now starts at 1:00 P.M. instead of Noon. The Beginners is on Wednesday at 7;30 P.M. These Meetings are in Belle Harbor at the West End Temple, 147-02 Newport Avenue, Zip - 11694-1044. Ground floor, handicapped accessible hall or gym. As of November 10th., 2010. Page 15 - Flushing. A New Group. Whitestone Sober Squad is a Big Book study that Meets on Sundays at 4PM for an hour and a half, ('till 5:30). Located at: St. Mel's R.C. church, 28-20 154th. Street, Flushing, NY 11354-2498. This Group has provided a flyer for you. Page 24 - Rockaways. The Pavillion Group has moved to the First Congregational Church, 348 Beach 94th. Street. You may know this as the Meeting place of the Rockaway Beach Group. This move is expected to be temporary and is due to repairs to The St. Camillus School, although it may be 3-4 Months. Their Meetings remain the same: A Traditions on the 1st. Thursday; Step 2nd & 4th; and the 3rd Thursday is an Open Meeting all at 8PM. As of December 7th., 2010. Catch The Spirit has added new a Big Book Study on Tuesday at 6 P.M. As of December 14th., 2010. Page 14 - The 'Flushing Splinter Group' which meets at Flushing hospital on Fridays at 8:00 pm will NOT be meeting on the Fridays of Dec. 24th and 31st. Please attend the Holiday Share-a-thon or the nearest meeting in your area. Page 17 - Jamaica North. The "In God's Hands" Group has changed their Step Meeting to a Beginners. The day and time remain the same: Monday at 7:30 P.M. This Group has asked for your Support and they have provided a Flyer that you may bring to your Group. Page 23 - "Far Rockaway Together". The Sunday Step Meeting has been changed to 6:00 P.M. (from 6;30). This becomes a Traditions on Third Sunday. The Open Meeting is now a Big Book, also 1/2 hour earlier, at 7:30 P.M. This Big Book will be an Open Meeting on the Last Sunday. Thursday remains as it is, a Closed Meeting at 8PM - Beginners Last. As of December 20th., 2010. Page 9 - Astoria. Place & 69th. Street). Anniversaries are on the Last Friday Page 24 - Ozone Park. The "One Way" Group is starting their Tuesday Beginners Meeting at 7:30 P.M. This is a 1/2 hour earlier. As of May 4th., 2011. Due to functions of the Volunteer Ambulance Corps, the two Forest Hills Groups that Meet there have had to cancel two (and only two) of their Meetings. They are: Welcome To The 11 AM Meeting will not Meet On Sunday, May 15th. and Message On Metro will not have their 7:30 Meeting on Monday, May 16. Page 14 - Flushing.
